  1. www.accuweather.com

Click on Europe and it will give you an option,

  2. F to C  subtract 32   C to F add 32

  3. http://www.wbuf.noaa.gov/tempfc.htm is my favorite. Not a chart per se, but it does the work for you.

  4. You don't really need a chart for many common temperatures. Take the Fahrenheit temperature, and subtract 30. Now, divide by 2, and you have an approximation of the Celsius temperature.

    For example, 70F = (70-30)/2 = 20C

People will point out that you should use 32, not 30, or multiply by 5/9 instead of 1/2.  But obviously this rule is a little easier, and it turns out to be accurate enough for what I'll call "weather temperatures", and figuring out how to dress, which is what we usually deal with, anyway.
