I am looking for a specialist in building photo sharing websites - any ideas?

I want to pay for my photo sharing site to be built and hire someone in order to do so. I need someone I can trust and who will get me a good product with no shortcuts.

Does anyone know anyone who has built a photosharing website before and who is in the business of building websites for others so I can contact them and get their help to build mine?
