I am looking for a study- to do with doctors?

Question

It is a study showing that doctors with more charm get sued less. If you have/know of it please could you post a link or tell me where I might find it.

And it must be the orginal rather than an article that refers to it

Had a look and came across these (in source box below).

The first is about how an apology can help (I suppose that is part of someone coming accross as charming).

The second is on why family doctors appear to be sued less.
