You can actually call most Taco Bell locations and pre-order large quantities of tacos. Just call the location nearest you and ask for a manager. In some cities, they may even deliver.

Or if you want REAL tacos, just call a local Mexican restaurant and see if they can deliver an order for that many people. They probably can.

If you have Moe's Southwest Grill in your area I highly recommend their catering services.  It is complete and comes with every thing you need, and the food is very good and quality.
