I am looking for a tax template to give to donors that have given to a fundraiser.?

We are getting sponsors for our compition cheer group, and each sponsor has requested That we give them a donation form for their taxes. Anyone know what this is, and were I can get one?

The sponsors want to take a tax deduction in the amount of the donation.  They can only do that if your group has tax exempt status.  If your group has tax exempt status, there's a form you provide that indicates the amount of the tax deductible donation.  If you don't have tax exempt status, you will probably find it difficult to attract donations since they will not be tax deductible.

Do you have an IRS 501(c)3  designation?  If not, the donations aren't deductible.
