I am looking for a wallplate that has 2 hdmi ports and a digital audio port.?

Does anyone know where I can order such a wallplate? I have been able to find plates that have two HDMI ports. Right now I have my TV mounted on the wall, 2 HDMI cables running up into my attic and down to a port in the wall for my cable box and my PS3. I am thinking of getting a real sound system and I'll need to run a digital audio cable "invisible" as well. Anyone have any ideas?

See the link below. Just remember that the in-wall HDMI cable you use to connect up the wallplate port should be rated for in-wall use.
