I am looking for a website I heard about on the radio this morning re buying gas for a locked in price of 2.49

Question

Does anyone know about a website that shows you how you can pay only $2.49 per gallon for gas? Something about you have to turn your receipts in and they will reimburse you for $2.49 per gallon. I was driving to work and listending to 105.3 in Dallas and got caught up in traffic where I couldn't stop and write it down. Can anyone help me or make a suggestion as to how I go about locating the web address? Thank you

Dodge-Chrysler has a promotion that offers you gas at $2.99 as a locked in price in my area. I think you obviously would have to buy one of their cars. But, I don't really know any of the details.
