I am looking for a wireless modem, and i was wondering which ones are good and good for me?

i will be using it for online gaming (xbox), and my computer (not a laptop).

We know what you mean.....you need a wireless router...as long as you have a Cable or DSL internet provider then.....?  If its dial-up, then don't bother.......

I would recommend getting a Linksys wireless router, WRT54G...simple, cheap and reliable...have the desktop computer hard wired to reduce lag for gaming on the computer.....then set the router up for wireless for your Xbox 360...... Mine works great with my PS3......

do you specifically mean a wireless modem? or you want your network to become wireless?

if you already havea standard modem, i would suggest getting a wireless router.  newer routers that are better are the ones with the N technology, two brands taht are rated very well that make the wireless-N are Belkin and Linksys, there are many others so read the reviews on the products carefully before making a purchase.
