I like water, cleanliness, friendly people, arts, science. However we are not rich. Other countries are fine to suggest as well.

washington state is beautiful.  try something outside of seattle like tacoma.

Boise Idaho is a great place to raise a family. While I do not agree with many of the politics and governmental issues I do think it is a great place.

There is a large Christian community here and many activities to do for the children such as: Lacrosse, Soccer, Football, Baseball, Basketball, Art Classes, as well as many other great things.

There are many trees and the scenery is great, as well as its schools.

Boise is also inexpensive (well if you live in Meridian which is 6 miles from Boise and is just as great!)

I think you just gave a very accurate description of Alaska.  I can't recommend it enough...the BEST place I have EVER lived, and most beautiful too.  A whole completely different way of life and living compared to the lower 48 states.  Your kids will love it.

Well, there is a better that I live the place is Brazil! Here in Brazil you will find a kind people, nice places like beaches, cinemas, parks, forests and many events that you can be. I love my country mainly my city Belo Horizonte. Here in BH you will find a good climate and wonderful places.
