I am looking for an audio adapter but i cannot find it. any help please ?

I am looking for this adapter :

2 x 3.5 mm stereo jack ( male ) to 1 x 3.5 mm input jack ( female)

Please have a look at this link. It has to be the same thing but just other way around. with 2 mail and 1 female ).
