I am looking for an internship with a magazine in Chicago, IL. Does anyone know of one that is based there?

I am in my second year at college and am studying graphic design. I would really love to work with a magazine, doing layouts, lettering, covers, etc. My boyfriend is most likely going to get an internship also up in Chicago, so i figured i should start looking up there for one as well so we could live together. I want to work with a well-known magazine such as, Cosmopolitan, Vogue, Elle, etc...ones around that nature. Anyways, it would be a great help if anyone knew of anything up in Chicago, if its not a magazine place and just works with graphic design in general... that would be of help also. I have tried searching, but i just could not find anything. THanks!

If you go to googlemaps.com they have where you can search for buisinesses.  

You could also access the online biz journal for that area and look at ads or contact the newperson that covers stories for magazines etc.

alternatively go to career builders or monster.com etc and look at what is available in that area or even put your resume up to see what bites.
