I am looking for an obituary of my grandmothers brother.?

Question

His name is Ronald Paul Wilfong and he passed away on 9-15-1969. Was married to barbara Wilfong (nee Dunham).. He was in California when he passed away. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. My grandmother has no idea where he was buried.. Been a long time, but shes just now making peace with her life.. Thank you!

You may be able to find it by searching Ronald Paul Wilfong Obituary 1969. You may be able to find something on him on Social Security Death Index (just put in search engine). If the wife isn't dead you may find her through USA People Search.com and write her.

If you know what city he passed away in, contact the local newspaper.  If you know the day and year they may be able to look in their archives for it.  You may have to pay them for the search but that may be the only way you can find it.

1969 would be on microfilm I doubt that they will have it on the computer.
