I am looking for anybody that lives in Louisville Kentucky, I need help getting some landlord numbers?

Getting ready to move that way from Evansville, Indiana. Trying to find a landlord that has nice houses that dont cost an arm an a leg. Need to live close to areas where my son can skate. If anybody has numbers or websites, thanks a million.

If you are looking to rent a house, most will only be advertised by the property manager or owner when a lease is not being renewed or they are vacant with a newspaper ad and no website. Some rentals are on the Multiple Listing Service for Realtors, but not all of them. The Louisville Skate Park is located on the eastern edge of downtown, near the Butchertown neighborhood (named when stockyards used to be located nearby) and Phoenix Hill neighborhood.
