I am looking for footage of an advertisement that was shown in Europe about school zone safety.?

Question

My husband saw an advertisement about school zone safety while traveling that we would like to send to our school. It spoke of percentages concerning speed etc. I believe it said that if you exceed 25 miles an hour in a school zone and hit a child the child is 80% likely to die from their injuries. If you are driving under 20 miles per hour the child has an 80% chance to survive. If you have any info it would be greatly appreciated.
