  1. Do you mean for a holiday? I recommend letting the craft that the kids do be their present - no one expects you to do otherwise. Honestly, you're the one providing the service here, not them! Hopefully they'll give you a gift - maybe even a bonus!

If you still feel that's a cheap option, arrange an outing to the local Santa to sit on, or make keepsakes (like a photo frame, complete with photo taken at your center).  Good luck!

  2. I work with 4-year-olds, I was going to burn them a CD that we play in class, and for the boys: matchbox cars, girls: play necklaces

  3. If it is for Christmas.   Make a little ornament with their picture in it for the parents.  The older ones can even help.  There are kits that you can buy to do this, or  you can  just search for ideas on the internet for free.  For the older ones maybe include a little treat bag with stickers, candy, etc.  Hope this helps.

  4. I´d give them a photo of them and you.  Maybe with the older ones help them make a nice frame?  With carton paper?

  5. iam say to  give to the children anything like  games or cars  anything they was dream in along time but not the same thing you give them bfore

  6. Maybe little gift bags for tha age ranges.  Coloring books, a lil thing of crayons, a book to read, a book mark, some Christmas candy..a card.. something along those lines

  7. Since they're so young the gifts are more for the parents. A gift I got in daycare that I still have and LOVE is simple:

my teacher took a picture of me... had it printed out and then helped me to glue it to the inside of a jar-top (you know, with the middle part taken out)... then we put a cute little red ribbon on it and made it into a christmas ornament. My parents still put it on the tree every year! It's adorable.

  8. You can buy ToysRus dollars and give that.  It makes a nice gift and the pressure of chosing individual gifts are not on you.

  9. well for the ones that can at least stand you can let them all make something like get the big thick pretzel sticks, and take some chocolate and sprinkles, and let all of them make there own chocolate covered pretzel sticks or something.

  10. Crayons, Colored Pencils, Paints, Construction Paper, artsy stuff! I know I still love it. My fifth grade teacher gave my class and I colored pencils( those twistable ones).

    Hope this Helps!

  11. well the really young kids arent gonna make much of the gifts cos i doubt they really understand..aim to give something that will make them remember u by, but dont over do it..its kidna hard to say what to give though, maybe a lil teddy..

  12. You dont have to give every child the same thing.  For the babies...you can give them a rattle or some kid of cute baby toy.   Here are some ideas that would be good for all the toddlers or atleast most of them

      Books

      Coloring books and crayons

      Toy cars

      A stuffed animal

      dolls

      playdough-for the older toddlers/preschoolers

Most children love books, you can do  this for any age, even the infants,  and write something in it for each of the children!

There are tons of things you can do, go to the store and just look at different toys and ideas will sure come to you!

  13. If you're crafty, you could make simple stuffed animals or little blankies.

Even if you're not very crafty, just buying fleece at a fabric store, and hemming around it with blanket stitch would make great nap blankies.

  14. A FRUIT BASKET TO THE PARENTS. NUTHING BIG JUST A PLATE WITH ASSORTED FRUITS AND A FEW NUTS AND A CANDY CANE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CELLOPHANE WRAP WITH A CHRISTMAS CARD. ITS NUTRITIOUS AND SHARED. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

  15. Giving gifts is daunting..due to PARENTS...allergies, tastes, all the latest hype over imports...and recalls...

Give them a party instead...it will save you the hassle of trying to get each one a gift...and disappointment....they are young...and will appreciate cake and ice cream, more than a gift..

  16. Make up goodie bags according to their ages. Many things can be purchased quite reasonably. Small stuffed toys, puzzles, coloring books, books, toy cars, Lego, crayons, etc

  17. give the baby a soft  stuffed animal , raddle, blanket   the toddlers give them a coloring book ..[check out the dollar stores[ everything is  one dollar]
