I am curious, you want a company to pay you to use their services?  I have not heard of this except the fact that the gift your getting is coverage to help protect your animals and your livelihood.  If that is what you are looking for, then you most certainly can find that at any number of companies.

As far as your other question, I would recommend speaking with your vet, they can more than likely recommend someone.
