Greetings!  I'm not sure that group therapy will help a four year-old, but I will tell you what would help...Preschool.

If you want to be involved, there are many cooperative preschools all over the country.  You may want to look one up in the phone book in your area.

Also, if you have limited income, you may want to look at Head Start.  Head Start primarily focuses on four year old children who are about to go to kindergarten.
