  1. As the train travel from Prague to Vienna is only about 5 hours by train, daytime, I think you might want an early start in the morning rather than an overnight journey.

Overnights that are too short are a pain!

A 5 o'clock departure from Prague will get you in Vienna at 9:28.

You can get info, even buy tickets on the German site I mentioned in the other answer, or here:

You can also use this Austrian site for most of your European travel, like Berlin to Prague.

  2. No,NO,NO,

    www.eurolines.com

Best and Safe, bus service in Europe

I live in France, and use this service to travel allover Europe

  3. You can check the schedules and prices at the Austrian train website. The English interface is here: http://www.oebb.at/en/

The best night  train option is to leave Prague at 10:06 pm arrive at 6:03 am at Vienna Sudbahnhof. There some direct trains during the day.

The other possible night train leaves Prague a little earlier, but requires a train change in Bratislava at 4:15 am.

However, It's only 4.5 hours by train between Prague and Vienna.
