The recycling bins would be for school cafeterias. I have seen them in several businesses. They are usually color-coded as well..usually yellow, green, and blue. If anyone knows a company that supplies these, I would appreciate you letting me know!

  2. I think u will be able to find it in the cities as there are quiet alot of recycling bins in the cities :)

  3. Not knowing where you live makes it impossible to know if there is a company near you that supplies recycling containers.

In lieu may I  suggest that you purchase large Rubbermaid containers of the appropriate colour and stencil on the descriptions of the materials to be recycled in each bin.

I have found that containers which are made specifically for recycling are much more expensive and serve the purpose no better.  And they don't come with lids.

Schools usually have very tight budgets.  Using the less expensive, widely available bins will save a lot of money.

  4. Just go into one of these businesses that are using them and ask; or make a call to your city service department.

  5. I could get you some but you live to far from me. try this

  6. Please Clarify!  Are you looking for the big, drive up to them containers located at drop off points? (Think that's what your looking for.) Or big totes to keep in the garage?

Relatively new to Daytona area and not aware of big containers.  In Tampa they use to be located in the public parks.  (Horizon Park on N. Himes Ave)

For smaller containers--Why?  Checked with the driver about a year ago, after noticing only two dump doors on the back of the truck.  He said one was for newspaper and cardboard.  The other one was for every thing else!  Have noticed the newer truck only has one door on the back!  This is in Daytona Beach and don't know about surrounding area since I don't follow the trash trucks much.

Saw a Discovery or History channel program on recycling which showed the less separating, the more that gets recycled.  Maybe it's arrived in Volusia.

  7. Well, I suppose there is somewhere, but making your own would be way cooler, and more fun. You could even let some artsy kids paint them. That would be pretty sweet, and less costly.

  8. I did a quick search on 'industrial supply' and found lots of pages that will have what you're looking for.

The headings to look for once you're at a site will be 'facility maintenance' or 'janitorial equipment and supplies.'

  9. Lowes Hardware has them on their site.....http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=pr...

  10. try calling your recyciling or trash company they will probably have some

  11. try taget or walmart

  12. The best would be to make your own by purchsing the size of buckets based on your requirement.
