Try Zero No Tsukaima! It's full of action, romance, and comedy. It's some what like an anime Harry Potter.

Also, Shakugan No Shana! It's a great plot and has romance, comedy, and action.

Both shows do not have season 4 out yet, thoough.

Mate i'll give u the best Action/Comedy anime ever, and it's got a little romace but not so much, But Really fun and Cool to Watch!!!!
KENICHI! U wont find a better anime than that. Except Code Geass and Death Note
but those ain't comedy but they are at the same level with Kenichi. Watch it ;D
