I am looking for my admission (in master of science) during Fall'09 in the United States?

Question

for which I will be giving my GRE very shortly... Can anybody help me, know the way to short list the universities you have to apply for, or how do you search for the good universities?

For the sake of information, I have done my undergraduation in Electronics & Communications Engineering... and I am also looking for the masters in the same field.

Anticipating clear answers from you folks that would help me to sort this out...

Alright, check out the official website first. http://www.educationusa.state.gov as it is meant for helping foreign students. Look for courses and universities here. Look for their office in your country.

Then use, http://www.geebeeworld.com for cost of living and other questions. Click on the flag of USA.

You will have to pass these exams before applying to any college.
