I am looking for old railbed in Preble County, Ohio.?

I am interested in the possibility of using an old disused raibed in Preble County Ohio to convert to a multi-use trail. I was told that there is an existing Pennsylvania RR railbed that runs West to Richmond Ind. Thank you for your help
