I am looking for paper decorations of curly willow branches?

Question

I was recently at a ceramic shop and the owner had a large vase on display and in it were multicolored 'curly willow branches' that were made of paper. I asked and she said she had picked them up at the local 'dollar store' ages ago. They no longer have them, and I am trying to find them online, but don't think I'm using the right search terms. Help?
