You must take a look at the "Catastro Municipal Books"...

They contain the records of property ownership per municipality in every Mexican State.

Just Google "Catastro"+ de Mexican State or Municipality and you will find the adress........

So far, the information is not available by Internet so you should go to the Catastro Offices to require information.....

The local Ejido offices are the only record holders in most rural areas.  Urbanized areas you need to talk to the local Municipio.   There is no national registry
