go to a market in Provence on sunday, you'll find a lot of tipical products which are mainly sold for turists, like provencal tissues, herbs, cheeses, olive oil, flower perfumes, etc.

You'll find in every city, included Cannes, Nice or Antibes,  but it will be also more authentic in the inland towns, such as grasse, Fayence or Draguignan.
