i lost my property documents (residential plot) before 6 years. I need someone who can deal with government offices and get me the documents again from register office. i m ready to pay for his services. can you recommend any one???

Hello,

There is no need to take the services of an agent to get the duplicate copy of your registered documents.

You please go to the Registrar,s Office ( where the documents is registered earlier ). You will be given a Form. Fill it completely, give details about the previous registration. Submit the same along with a prescribed fee ( the fee is depend upon number of pages the document contain ). Get the acknowledgment, which also mention the date when the duplicate copy will be given to you. Go on that day and collect it. Very simple procedure. No need for an agent. In case you have any difficulty, you are free to meet the Registrar.
