I am looking for thai curries - red curry and green curry in Indian style.?

Does anybody have the vegan version of it ? I am an Indian vegetarian looking for the recipe

Red and Green currys are more Thai inspired they do have curry pastes and mixes with all the ingredient in them all you do is add your veg and cook either with veg stock or coconut milk, and I use a non dairy soya yougart with mine, some time I will use dairy based products, I make mostly veg ones, but enjoy paneer a Indian style cheese that does not melt (alot like Tofu).

    You just get your base of onions, garlic, ginger, chilis and spice pastes, mix in the veg, add your liquid(s) and simmer for 30-60 minutes, the longer time is if you use potatos.

  3. Curry is already vegan unless you put milk in it - curry, coconut milk, tumeric, ginger, garlic, red peppers, mushrooms, carrots, red cabbage, broccoli, and fresh basil (perferably Thai basil) and voila!
