If you're saying that you are trying to buy something online (or e-Bay, or whatever) and the seller doesn't ship to Canada, you won't have much luck with a mail service, because the shipper usually asks for a physical address, not just a PO box.

Put an ad up on the community bulletin boards in Birch Bay, there are lots of Canadians there with summer homes who might let you use their address for a small fee.

USPostal services ship to Canada. FedEx ships to Canada. United Postal Service ships to Canada.

U.S.P.S. ships to Canada all the time (United States Postal Service).  Just go to the nearest post office.
