Oh dear. Best price brands have one of the worst reputations for online shops. They apparently over charge, fail to deliver and even though are a .co.uk address they are not based in the UK.

I dont know of a phone number for them but i did read about someone who sent them the same email demanding a refund 25 times a day for a few days and actually got a call from them! dont think he got a refund or an item though
