Is there such thing as the smokers retreat hotel or hostel in Amsterdam near dam square?

Do yourself a favour and don't stay in a hotel like that. They are full of idiots and aren't that safe when it comes to having stuff nicked etc. There are more than enough places to smoke in Amsterdam so having the name on the hotel doesn't make any difference.
