What kind of equipment are you looking for?  I know of a restaurant that is closing and the owner is interested in selling all the equipment including the glasses and utensils.

I don't live there, but I would suggest one, your local paper, and also try craigslist.  You can search there, and also put an ad in the "wanted" section.  You'd be surprised at what all you can buy, sell, find, etc. on craigslist.
