I have found the overall best place to find movies and tv show to watch online is OVGuide.com.  Its basically a search-able directory of all the places online to find free movies and shows, and has the best ones listed first.  Another good place is SurfTheChannel.com.  The usually have what I am looking for, not always, but usually.

The site I use is http://www.graboib.com.  They have movies and tv shows but no music.  I always get great quality and no viruses or spyware.

Don't use Limewire!  It slows your computer down like crazy and is absolutely full of viiruses.

Use torrents.

Download u torrent: http://www.utorrent.com/download.php

Then search for the files you want at http://www.mininova.org/

and away you go.  You can download music, movies, tv shows, games, software and everything else you could think of.

Please bear in mind that it is illegal to download copyrighted music etc.
