I have contacted a few but they wont tell me the commissions before they interview me, and I dont want to waste my time if I only get paid about 10% of each booking!

What is the point of earning a lot of money if you don't get a safe job! If it is money that motivates you to think about being an escort you've got your priorities all wrong. Your health and wellbeing are more important than money. Talk it over with family/friends before you take such a stupid step.
