Research some more, then realize there are companies who have already worked the bugs out of these things.

3000KW = 3,000,000 Watts would mean about 4024 horse power gen set.

300 foot tower, 5 -120 foot blades and about a 10,000 pound generator?

I doubt if Fairbanks Morris has a diesel that can do this.

Have you considered a nuclear power plant instead?
