Just Google Town Cryer and theres a choice of them to hire.  Good Luck

They have a town crier festival each year in Knighton,Powys-they have their Mayor as their own town crier -maybe that might be a place to start-good luck

My neighbour is our local town crier and works through our local Civic Society. If you google Civic Society, there are loads - I'm sure there'll be one near you.

We are in East Lancs and my neighbour is often hired out for a donation to the Civic Society.
