I am looking to get a electric guitar pack for $100-$150 price range?

I know that is not very much but I am getting this pack to start but I need it to be good and last a long time I have been looking but can't find what I what It can't be used or bad I want a good guitar which is going to be very hard if anyone can help that would be awesome

I think the kits start at about 170$ and aren't a good deal even then because they quickly break, and if you decide you like playing guitar, you'll almost immediately need something better even for learning. If guitar ain't your bag, your also stuck with the thing. Because of their short usefullness to most people, there's plenty of used sets on Craigs List for real cheap.

I suggest however that you get a cheap 15 watt practice amp like a Crate and some kind of pretty cheap guitar used. At least it's something useful for more than a few months, and it won't lose too much value if you decide you don't like the guitat and want to sell.
