I am looking to get an old time photo taken of my husband and I when we go on vacation.

I have never gotten it done before and I was wondering how it is done. Like, are you able to choose what set and costumes? Does any staff help you? Who decides what you wear? How many poses do you get? How long does it take? Thanks in Advance

It depends on the place. Usually they have just on scene and a rack of clothes you can pick. The photographer will have you pose and he'll take the pic. They digitally enhance the photo to make it look "old timey".

Generally they will have many pictures on display showing what they can offer and to give you some ideas as to what you'd like. You tell them what you'd like and they will show you what they can do, and what costumes they have to choose from.

Generally they will offer packages which offer various sizes of the photo you choose from the few poses they shoot.

Time wise they generally can have them ready within a short time. If they are not extremely busy you can generally walk around and continue seeing the sights and return in an hour or so and they'll be ready. They will tell you specifically at the shop how long they expect to take.

You will have ur pictures in 30 to 40 mins from start and then they will try to sell u frames. It is fun .They have choices like saloon or bank robbers.They are helpful you can tell them what you want to show.
