I am looking to get into the remediation field but alot of the choices im looking for require 1 to 2 years-?

experience. Where am I supposed get the experience for these jobs if they all require 2 yrs exp??

When employers are asking for 2 years it is because they are able to hire all the people they need who already have 2 years exp.

Now this might suggest to some that the demand for this work is going flat, not keeping up with the number of new grads.

A couple years from now the demand is likely to have fallen well below supply of 2 years experienced people, and by then there will also be 2 years more new grads.

This is what happens to hot jobs of a few years ago.
