I am a commercial residential electrician. This would be my mainstay while im living there. Can anyone point me in the ryt direction as to getting employment that would pay me at least 1000USD/month. That would be suitable for me and my wife and 2 kids.

Electricians are dime a dozen in this part of the world. Too many of them. And you ain't getting 1KUSD a month pay for that kind of job here.  However, you can work as a nite club manager in one of the hundreds of bars in the Balibago and Fields Area of Angeles City. That will probably get yout that kind of money, or something pretty close.
