I am looking to move to Brighton from Hereford?

what is the best way to go about finding a job and a place to live I am finding it a little difficult as i am so far away

Perhaps going there for a few days will help. You can stay at a B&B , get the local papers and look for a flat. Its quite expensive there now as its become very popular.

Brighton is for g**s, its a horrible place.  If you want to live in Sussex try along the coast, but property prices are expensive.  Look at http://www.oakdene-homes.co.uk/availabil...

I have recently moved away from Brighton and can tell you there are plenty of jobs if you do not mind what work you do. LloydsTSB have got thousands of employees and are always recruiting. As where to live, Shoreham, Worthing, Peacehaven or Burgess Hill are much cheaper to buy in but be warned property prices etc are as bad in Brighton as they are in London.
