Also I am 18 years old can I still enter junior tournaments or is it only mens tournaments and how do you know what the right standard to enter is. I dont want to enter easy tournaments but equally dont want to be out of my depth

all you need is a racket and have the balls to go there and being humiliated if you don't live up to their expectations.
