Just put a bin on the side of the parking lot in a mall and write "Charity" on it.  You'll soon have more use clothing than you need.  

But if that doesn't work go to the GoodWill main depot near  Midland Ave and Progress in Scarborough.  They sell everything by the pound.   I think it is 10 cents a pound, but I could be wrong.

eBay has the categories of "lot", "lots", "bulk", and "pallet"...just narrow your search to your area...

I'm not sure if they do this in the Toronto Area, but you can check with different Thrift Shops.....I know that in the States that often have to rotate stock and it is bundled up and sold in such a way.....Generally its your Larger Charities
