I am passionate about hairdressign and have done a 7 week course on "haircuts for you family"

where can I find an apprenticeship?

I would humbly suggest beginning with 'hairdressing' associations (bodies) for your State that are located in Adelaide, or alternatively the 'Hairdressing & Beauty Industry Association' Web site.

Being an association, they will have members locally including small to large hairdressing salons (studios); it is the list of members you need to find (locate).

Also 'Australian Job Search' (Govt Web site) has 'employment opportunities' advertised for hairdressers, including the opportunity for an apprenticeship.

It is going to take a bit of personal effort, you are going to have to be 'proactive' and 'seek' the opportunity by 'contacting' the salons in your quest for an 'apprenticeship'.
