    May I recommend you LEARN it first!


  2. Not much chance.

    Most countries here want a BA from a recognized university.

    Some...very few....will accept a community college certificate.

    And "YES" many countries DO check. You can wind up in jail, fined and deported if caught lying about your credentials...or even worse...with false credentials.
