I am mad at my fiancee, what can i do?

I am a huge OU sooners fan and a Alum, we are both 23 years old, she is not a sports fan and she is a Drake Alum, but she picked OU's arch rival Texas to win the NCAA championship, and I am very mad about that and I feel like hitting her, so what can I do really?

I agree with the first girl Kira, Time to grow up !This is a really lame thing to get so mad about .  My Husband and I pick different teams to win all the time . I like teams he does not like and he likes teams I do not like .We even make wagers who will win . Everyone is entitled to their own opinion . If you are thinking about hitting her over something as stupid as this then you need to cancel the wedding until you get some anger management counciling . Are you serious?  Sounds like you've got a lot of growing up to do if you're actually contemplating hitting your fiance over something as inconsequential as the NCAA championship.  Not to mention that in a marriage there are much more serious challenges that will come about that what team to cheer for.  If you can't deal with team rivalry, you aren't ready to move on to a marriage.

i ALWAYS go for the opposite team that my boyfriend picks, just to do bets and more than 1/2 the time i win and we never fight about it, its just fun.. donnt be so dramatic over a SPORT its not like your the one out there playing for the team so its not a big deal, just place a bet with her that your team will win

Being an Okie and an OU fan I can understand your frustration! But you know this is not something to get angry over. In the grand scheme of things, It just isn't worth it. But healthy competition can be a good thing. Make a FUN bet on who is going to win and that could be a way to lighten your mood. As for her it is pure innocent igrorance to the greatness of our Sooners!!
