I am make up ignorant. Eyeliner on inner lid good brands?

Question

I wear my liner on my inner eyelid obove instead under my bottom lashes, it makes me feel like a raccoon or something that has big black eyes when i do the under thing

i use the 99cent beautique eyeliner pencil from sallys but i want something that will actually stay on through the work day and wont smudge.

my job just inforced a makeup law or something and they require us to wear some form of make up.

needless to say im a hippie and dont know a thing about style/fashion/beauty ect. Makeup is like chinese to me and no i dont chinese

help me find a good brand that will be easy to apply and STAY ON my inner lid.

OHHH...i know just the thing! if u want a s**y smudgy eyliner look that will still stay on go for MAC eyeliners! if you want something that is just clean and precise and stays on awesome go for Urban Decay eyeliners! they stay on amazingly and are for total rockstars so i would know LoL...but dont worry im kinda on the hippie side but there is a first time for everything!

i recommend urban decay, it lasts for me and it is smooth and wont tug or pull when you put it on... plus it has a bunch of colors to choose from which is great...

and you may not even need eyeliner really, what i recommend to all womean is some light eyeshadow, if any, and some black eyelashes, with a little blush and gloss

and btw, i think its crazy that jobs are making employees wear make-up, but its really a fun thing once you get a hang of it

Rimmel. Soft kohl eyeliners are best for the inner lid, cause it stays on and is soft and doesn't irritate your eye.

revlon has AMAZING eyeliner. I prefer the soft pencil that rolls up. You don't have to apply much pressure for it to come one or show, and its easy to take off with some makeup remover.  I don't recommend cover girl eyeliner... it washes off very quick into the day and hardly even shows.
