I am making a marketing plan, but can't find what would go into the budget, i.e. a pie chart, etc.?

I can display this in various ways, but as it's a powerpoint presentation for class, so a pie chart or percentages is preferred. Any explanation as to why, or as to where I can go to find this info is appreciated.

you do both chart and pecentages

why?! because it appeals both to 'visual' audience as well as to 'show-me-the-numbers' audience

I am a communications specialist and can help, but I would like a bit more information. If you have Word 2007 or later, there are some nisce charts and styles, if that is what you want, but for detailed expenditures and listings to what the costs are to be attributed to, the company accounting department would help, and then the classification efforts would begin.
