  1. Dear (sir or ma'am, or principal's name),

I am a graduate of (high school name), class of (graduation year).  Some former classmates of mine were interested in holding a meeting, and wanted to request the use of the campus for our purposes.

Then, state why you want to use their facility.  Is it the size?  The proximity to the people who are going to attend the meeting?  Be sure to say, "As former students of (high school name), we have the utmost respect for school property.  We can assure you that when we leave, the premises will be in the same condition as it was before our arrival.  Your contribution to our gathering would be most appreciated.  As we are planning to have our meeting on (day you want to have meeting), please respond to us by (one week before day you want to have meeting).  We appreciate your time and consideration of this request.

    Respectfully yours,

    (your name)

(organization name if there is one)

    (signature)

    (contact information)

    hope that's ok
