I am making a video clip and wish to send it into Rage, however what do they mean by a digital betacam tape?

"Send rage a dub of your video (not the master tape)on a digital betacam or betacam SP tape - these are the only formats on which we accept new clips. You can include a DVD viewing copy if you like, but it's not essential. "

I am recording on Mini DV, HD Digital tapes and am not sure if this is the same? If not how would I get the recording onto such a tape?

Betacam is a format used by pros - I don't know of any way you could transfer it without betacam equipment.
