Now I want to use them on her cake (I'll practise) to create different shapes. How do I go about doing this? Do I make a bag and where do I put the metal bit (inside/outside) thanks!!!!

  1. you can buy piping bags from most supermarkets.

the tips generally sit inside with a small amount poking out.

  2. You can purchase a bag or just cut the corner our of a baggie.  Slide the tip into the corner of the bag (inside) and use just like a piping bag.

Good luck--have fun--and Happy Birthday to Mom.

  3. i would check ebay

you can buy a bag and the conection bits that you need.

you may have to get new metal ends.. depending on the brand you already have, as they may not match.
